My purpose is to enable wise and skilful business managers build high performing teams, through self-development as a leader and through working with their teams to maximise their growth. 

I fundamentally believe that: 

  • everyone has an inner leader, every team has an incredible potential ready to be unleashed, and organizations can get the best out of themselves 

  • organizations are facing tough challenges ahead: keeping hold of top performers, creating a culture that embraces engagement and performance, evolving with shifting employee expectations, and maintaining an increasing pace of business

  • the key foundation in tackling these challenges is to ensure that people at all levels understand where they fit in, how they can grow and where they can go

  • 1:1 Leadership Coaching

    One on One Coaching provides a uniquely challenging but supportive working partnership for Executives, Managers and high-potential employees seeking to develop skills, confidence and focus to maximise their leadership.

    I provide tailored coaching programmes for my clients, developed to cater for their specific goals, challenges and needs. Programmes typically last 6-12 months with regular check-ins on progress.

    Building High Performing Teams is crucial for the success of any organization. Leaders should continuously strive to improve their skills, work together as a team, be held accountable for their actions, and operate in a trusted environment.

    I provide Senior Leader Development, Team Development, Individual Support and Development, and regular check-ins to measure progress and results.

MY EXPERIENCE

I have spent much of my career as a management consultant leading high performing teams through transformational programs. I take great pleasure in helping my clients ignite their soul and seek their potential.

WHY WORK WITH ME

Specialising in all facets of leadership development, I draw on my experience as a consultant, leading transformational programmes in large international companies to accompany my clients towards greater freedom and performance. I have bi-lingual capability in French and English and have multicultural sensitivity. My style is very inclusive and I like to inspire through a blend of warmth, positivity and challenge. When a person feels listened to without judgment, I believe they are more able to reveal their authenticity and remove any blockages to action.

I’m happiest when I’m taking part in outdoor activities such as skiing, swimming in the sea, paragliding, or riding my Harley-Davidson in the sun!
